Vote NO on theFlood Case and $500 assessment. It will cost us thousands of dollarsand guarantee us nothing. You will not have to disclose that your homesite is in a flood plain unless Page designates it so, which they won'tbecause that would mean they admit liability in the flood waterdrainage issues. Also, a pending litigation will mean you will need todisclose the law suit to perspective buyers, making it almostimpossible to sell your property. Vote no now! | |
